By entering and using this website (www.rosinpress.co.za) you are agreeing to the following:

1. I am at least 18 years of age.
2. I understand that the products and services offered and sold herein are sold and offered in accordance with South African laws. They do not contain any Cannabinoids of any type, nor do they contain Tobacco or Nicotine.
3. The products and services offered herein are sold in compliance with the South African Constitutional Court ruling Case CCT 108/17 .
4. This site is an online platform for private individuals to purchase cannabis merchandise and products associated with the process of cannabis consumption in South Africa for personal use within the privacy of their own home as per the South African Constitutional Court ruling  on case Case CCT 108/17. It is not for selling any Cannabis, Tobacco or Nicotine containing products.
5. I agree that any products and merchandise purchased will be used for lawful purposes only.
6. I agree that any products or services purchased through this site are for personal and private use only and will not be used for any commercial purposes.
7. Use of these products is entirely at the risk and discretion of the user and K2018469329 T/A Rosin Press South Africa (Pty) Ltd and its Directors, Shareholders and Employees will not be responsible for any use or misuse, injury, damages caused by the products sold herein.
8. I am not a law enforcement officer, government agent or informant and I am not in any way entering this site for the purpose of gathering information for the purpose of prosecuting the directors, shareholders, employees or representatives of K2018469329 T/A Rosin Press South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
9. By browsing and entering www.rosinpress.co.za I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, and that the above statements are true.
10. You understand and agree to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the use of the device as well as the instructions contained herein. Improper use of merchandise may void any applicable warranty.
11. Before you make a purchase through our store, we highly recommend you carefully research the product that you are intending on purchasing. Any return and or exchange must be in brand new condition and “unused”. If you would like additional information about the product you are interested in please contact us directly.
12.  Use of our products is at your own risk. The products contained in this site are consumer products and not medical devices. If you experience any adverse effects, you should consult a physician. Our products are not intended to cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease.
13. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller, or their respective affiliates, directors, officers or shareholders, of any products on this website shall be held responsible for the misuse of the same. You, the purchaser and/or user of this device, are responsible for your own use and education of such products.
14. You understand that some of our products are sourced internationally and therefore availability and delivery times may vary from time to time.

Advice

1. The contents of Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd website as well as any verbal or written communication does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision regarding your purchases or use of the products sold on this site.

Packaging and Shipping

1. All orders are shipped in plain packaging and carry no identifying external markings beside the required postal information. Shipping fees may change without any warning.

2. In an effort to reduce our impact on the planet packaging may be reused and repurposed where suitable.

3. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping costs as well as the redelivery costs.

1. If a client is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund. Notice of intention to return must be given within 7 days of receiving the product at which time shipping arrangements will be made by Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd using a courier of their choosing.

2. Full refunds will only be issued upon the product being returned, complete and in their original packaging and free from any distinct wear or damage as a result of any use. The refund will only be processed and paid out upon completion of an assessment of the condition of the returned product.

3. Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale.

4. Should an opened item be returned incomplete or out of the original packaging, or with distinctive wear or damage as a result of use Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to levy an additional fee to clean, repair or replace any parts to get the item back to a resalable condition.

5. Faulty or damaged goods may be returned within seven working days for a full refund or replacement.

5. The refund will be processed via EFT or store credit; to the value of the item/s returned.

6. Item/s returned within seven days are shipped at the cost of Rosin Press SA

7. Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd is not obliged to refund goods received in good order after seven days unless they are damaged, defective or not as described. If we do not hear from you within seven days of receiving your goods we will assume they are received in good order and you are satisfied.

8. We may at our own discretion accept returns of complete, unused and undamaged products after seven days and less than 30 days after delivery. We will offer a refund of our own valuation for these goods. These returns will be subject to deductions of any shipping costs associated with the transaction.

Warranty

1. All product/s sold by Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty.

2. Rosin Presses manufactured by Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd carry a standard one year warranty from the date of delivery.

3. The warranty covers all costs associated with resolving any defects or failures that impact the normal operation of the press within the first year of operation.

4. The warranty will cover the cost to transport, repair and/or replacement of the necessary parts to get the unit back to normal operating condition.

5. The warranty does not cover damage to the paint or any damage as a result of misuse or overuse.

6. After one year no costs to repair will be covered by Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd and will be for the account of the owner.

The Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

Change of Use

1. We may change, update or amend these conditions at our absolute discretion without notice.  By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by those changed conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must stop using the site and leave it immediately.
2. Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Rosin Press SA (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
